Love
Love 2009 poster
Addictive, passionate and terrible love is what keeps Annie, Tanya and Lorenzo together.
They are the most unloved and unlovable of people. Born at the bottom of the heap, they will never shift from under the weight of poverty and ignorance.
Yet they talk of love, love, love. Love shifts curiously between these three who use each other, who abuse each other, who suffocate each other, who weigh each other down.

Stockjobbing with Crotty Mallards
Stockjobbing with Crotty Mallards poster
Sketch comedy used to be good. Then it was crap for ages. Now it’s good again.
Covinous Grim Reaper interviewees, nugatory incident reporting, monomaniacal zookeepers, wassailers barging in on the penhntalogue, a thwarted maniple, Robin Hood’s accountant’s eulogy, a concise history of concrete and many more sketches involving words we had to look up in the thesaurus and then the dictionary to make sure they meant what we wanted them to. There are also three supplicatory figs. Sometimes four.

Year 9 are Animals
Year 9 are Animals 2009 poster
It’s Alan Bowman’s first year as a high school teacher. Bright eyed and excited about the year to come, his enthusiasm is soon quashed by the most reviled class in the school, year 9F. In an attempt to interest the students he designs less than conventional lessons which inevitably turn his already unruly classroom into a circus. It seems that Alan’s students aren’t the only ones who will be getting an education this year.

As You Like It
As You Like It 2009 poster
Our two heroines, Rosalind and Celia, escape a bitter and angry parent and race to the Forest of Arden. Here they find that nature reveals the true possibility of loving and being loved. This riotious and slightly whacky version is set in no particular place or time, but as the play itself says....all the world's a stage.
